Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Preplink and the sites and services we operate, including FBALL.link. Preplink is a service of Qonfab, LLC (d/b/a Preplink). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Preplink is a link-in-bio hosting service for football athletes, coaches, and clubs, available at fball.link. You can build a profile from blocks (video, highlights, photo gallery, schedule, stats, links, email signup and more), publish it at fball.link/<handle>, and share that link.

2. Accounts and handles

• You must provide a valid email and keep your login credentials secure.
• Your handle is the URL slug for your public profile. Handles are first-come, first-served, subject to our reserved list and anti-impersonation rules.
• We may reclaim handles that are inactive, infringe a trademark, impersonate someone else, or were abandoned when an account was deleted.

2a. Account holders, minors & guardians

Account holders must be 13 years of age or older. For athletes under 13, a parent or legal guardian must be the account holder and is responsible for all content on, and activity within, the profile.

• By creating an account you represent that you have the right to publish the athlete’s name, image, likeness, schedule, and stats on a public page.
• Parents and legal guardians may request that we make a minor’s profile private, transfer it to a new account holder, or delete it through our Contact page. We honor verified requests within 7 days.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

3. Plans and billing

• Starter is free and limited to a profile header, featured video, and links. You can use it forever.
• Recruit unlocks every block type, themes, analytics and custom branding. It is billed monthly or annually.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers. Refunds for paid plans are handled case by case; trial periods are not charged.

4. Your content

You own the content you add to your profile — your photos, videos, stats, copy, and uploads. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content so we can render your profile, generate thumbnails and previews, and deliver emails you send through the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload. Do not post content you do not own or have permission to use (for example, copyrighted highlight footage from a broadcaster).

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FBALL.link to:

• Impersonate another athlete, coach, team, or brand.
• Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Send spam through the Email Signup feature or abuse our sending infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the service.
• Use the service to collect personal data about minors without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases (impersonation, abuse, legal requests) we may remove profiles without prior notice.

6. Email signups you run

If you add an Email Signup block to your profile, you are the controller of the email list you collect. You must comply with applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.), only email people who confirmed their subscription, and honor unsubscribe requests. We provide double opt-in confirmation and one-click unsubscribe by default — do not try to circumvent them.

7. View counter and analytics

We count profile views in aggregate so you can see how your page is performing. This is an approximate count, not an audited metric.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Support is provided by email; Recruit customers receive priority response times.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by reaching out through our Contact page. On deletion we remove your profile, blocks, uploads, and subscriber list, and add your handle to the reserved list. We may terminate or suspend your account for a material breach of these Terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preplink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
